Maternity Contract Cover for 14 Months

We are on the lookout for experienced, bi-lingual customer support representatives to join a busy sales department in Exeter. To be considered for this role, you will have a high level of competency with written and spoken Spanish. If you are also able to communicate in French, this will also be desirable.

You will be responsible for providing first class support to customers, subsidiaries and the territory management team through customer service, processing customer orders and managing these customer accounts.

You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to understand your customer business requirements, you will be the primary contact for resolving any concerns and issues.

Being competent in Spanish and ideally French, you will also be responsible for providing translations and language support.

To be successful, you will have:

Experience in customer support and an understanding of customer requirements for the business
First class communication skills, able to resolve issues and negotiate with customers
IT and administrative skills
Relevant degree/qualifications/business experience
