Do you have Call Centre or Contact Centre experience?

CO. TYPE: Manufacturing company

HOURS: Monday - Friday shift work (8-4.30pm, 9.30-6pm), Saturdays 9-5.15pm. All shifts are on a 4-week rotation basis and will have a day off in the week of you work a Saturday

We're teaming up with the team leaders to recruit a call centre individual to look after customer queries once their products are out of warranty.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers

  • Troubleshooting regarding their products

  • Up selling products and plans

  • Making sure you are giving the correct and most beneficial solution and advice to the customer

  • Using a CRM system to log information
