Call Administrator

Office Angels are recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client who specialises in IT services - in this role you will provide business support to a reactive IT hub and the wider customer service team. This is an entry level role with lots of future career progression available. The hours of work are full time hours over Monday - Friday; and an immediate start is available.

The duties will include:-

  • Updating the clients files

  • Logging, booking and tracking all enquiries from start to finishing ensuring that the requirements are completed within the required SLA times

  • Ensuring client is kept up to date with their enquiry and they are satisfied with the end result

  • Diary management

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Administration experience

  • Working to deadlines within an SLA environment

  • Confident with Microsoft Office especially Excel

  • Call centre/customer service experience would be beneficial however not essential
