Duties:
- Manage and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Run and present monthly reports and data
- Develop supplier and stakeholder relationships
- To ensure, a high level of service is provided to external suppliers on a daily basis
- Liaise and work closely with various departments in the business
- Maximise and negotiate pricing and margins
- Organise and take part in monthly meetings
- Work closely with the sales team in regards to order issues, payments and POs
- First point of escalation for suppliers
- Deal with confidential client information, inputting onto the internal system
- Work to best practice and SLA's
Requirements:
- Experience within a buyer/supply chain position is necessary
- Must have Microsoft Licensing exposure
- Ideally within IT/Technology or professional services
- Strong IT skills, MS Excel
- Numerically minded with business acumen
- A professional, dedicated, positive, driven, and well communicated professional
