  • Manage and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships

  • Run and present monthly reports and data

  • Develop supplier and stakeholder relationships

  • To ensure, a high level of service is provided to external suppliers on a daily basis

  • Liaise and work closely with various departments in the business

  • Maximise and negotiate pricing and margins

  • Organise and take part in monthly meetings

  • Work closely with the sales team in regards to order issues, payments and POs

  • First point of escalation for suppliers

  • Deal with confidential client information, inputting onto the internal system

  • Work to best practice and SLA's


  • Experience within a buyer/supply chain position is necessary

  • Ideally within IT/Technology or professional services

  • Strong IT skills, MS Excel

  • Numerically minded with business acumen

  • A professional, dedicated, positive, driven, and well communicated professional
