Office Angels are currently recruiting for an experienced administration professional to join our client based in Stockport. The role will also include reception duties and you will be supporting the Head Office and senior team in all administrative tasks. This is a hybrid working role dependant on the needs of the business therefore, our client require flexibility. Working in their Head Office, this role would suit someone who has a passion for delivering exceptional service, who thrives when supporting others and who has a can-do attitude.


The main duties are listed below:



  • Meeting and greeting guests

  • Answering telephone, delegating as appropriate

  • Office maintenance, including facilities, ensuring meeting rooms are well presented

  • Order processing - e.g., office consumables

  • Ensuring the reception area is always immaculate

  • Administrative support to senior team e.g., arranging meetings and minute taking

  • Managing company email inbox

  • Managing incoming post / deliveries and distributing as appropriate

  • Producing reports

  • Supporting with any other duties as required


We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, IT literate with a thorough understanding of the entire MS Office suite and a positive attitude. You must be approachable and well presented with a polite telephone manner.
