The role - Business Support Administrator (hybrid working)
Location - Stirling (parking on site)
Hours - Flexi (start from 8am - finish 5.30pm)
Salary - £19,000 - £20,200
Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join a Not for Profit organisation based in a business park on the outskirts of Stirling City Centre.

After the training period has been completed, you will have the option to work from home approximately two days per week, depending on the demands of the role and you may need to be office based more some weeks.

Due to the aim of the Charity, you will be empathetic and comfortable dealing with sensitive cases of a potentially difficult nature.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Administrator, knowledgeable in Data Protection legislation and will be able to work to strict confidentiality guidelines.

Key responsibilities -

* Taking ownership of inbound calls - taking accurate messages
* Providing customer service excellence at all times
* Communicating in a clear and concise manner
* Keying accurate information into the client database
* Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to all tasks
* Reporting on sensitive subjects and acting in a timely manner
* Photocopying/filing
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
* Attend and participate in team meeting
* Ensure data is up to date and readily available

Key skills-

* Customer service and call handling
* Proficient in all Microsoft office packages including Excel
* Previous experience of dealing with sensitive information
* Knowledgeable re GDPR regulations
* Be personally resilient, reliable and assertive
