Business Support Administrator

Office Angels have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join our well known client on an ongoing temporary basis.


The role will begin on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months with a view to becoming a permanent post after this initial period.


Candidates must be available immediately to apply.



TASKS



  • Managing all data control for new clients

  • Ensuring all relevant documents are completed on time

  • Being able to identify and mange inconsistencies, duplication and any errors

  • Arranging and attending meetings

  • Scanning and adhering to GDPR procedures

  • Supporting a team of Personal Assistants

  • Covering reception area when necessary



This role requires a candidates who enjoys a wide range of tasks, has the ability to liaise with a large team and ensure a high standard of work.



SKILLS



  • Proficient in all MS office packages (Confident in Word and Excel)

  • Data management experience

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Prioritise and manage time effectively



This role will be based in our client's modern and prestigious office, with great views overlooking the River Clyde.



Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
