Location: - Baillieston
Hours of work are: - 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Salary: - £20-25K depending on your previous experience.

We have teamed up with an innovative change management company to assist them with the recruitment of Business Support Administrator. Our client has dedicated offices throughout the UK and have worked with some of the biggest and most well-known companies.
Working alongside the regional manager you will provide on-going business support to them and the wider team. Due to the pace of the business the ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where they can give hands on support, implement new processes, and show enthusiasm for all areas of the business.
You will be a fast thinker who can overcome challenges, exceed expectations, and take the reins of the administration processes.

Key Responsibilities: -
* Preparing and tracking sales documentation
* Ensuring client database is up to date
* Liaising with clients and site staff to ensure route plans are accurate
* Preparation of tenders
* Issuing quotes and opening customer job files
* Document control of invoices and other relevant client information on
* Managing fuel cards and tracking expenditure
* Monitoring warehouse stock
* Tracking PO numbers and uploading to job file
* Obtain accurate client job specifications
* Act as interface between field based staff, client and Directors

* Previous experience of working within a similar role
* Proficient in all Microsoft office packages including Excel
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude

The role covers 3 pivotal areas of the business: Administration Support, Operations and Client Management.
It is essential that you demonstrate previous experience of handling a number of tasks and meeting deadlines. This experience should have been gained in a fast-paced arena where the provision of excellent customer service was paramount.
