Job Title - Business Support Administrator


Location - Glasgow City Centre (office based)


Salary - £22-25K depending on experience


Hours - Monday to Friday - 9.00-17.30



Our client is one of the UK's leading commercial property consultancies with offices throughout the UK.


We are currently seeking a self-motivated and accomplished Business Support Administrator to provide support across teams & departments.


This is a pivotal role which reports to the Office Manager and as part of the team you will be responsible for providing support to all levels of the business along with ensuring consistency and quality.

Key Duties:-



  • Maintenance of key register for managed properties.

  • Manage Board and Meeting rooms, including set-up, videoconferencing, and catering.

  • Produce departmental correspondence, documents, reports, and presentations to agreed deadlines and standards.

  • Create and manage job files.

  • Maintain effective systems for electronic and paper filing and information retrieval.

  • Format reports and letters in line with appropriate specifications, developing template formats where required.

  • Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries and liaise with surveyors to resolve where possible.

  • Generate client invoices and manage monthly client billings.

  • Coordinate diaries across the team where necessary, including travel and accommodation arrangements.

  • Assist in organising events.


Key Skills :-



  • Team player who enjoys working with people

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Developed IT skills in all Microsoft Office packages

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a professional services environment preferred

  • Front of House reception skills
