Business Support Administrator- 3-6 month contract

This is a 3-6 month contract with the view for the role to be extended.


Working for a well known Financail services company based in Basingstoke.


The company offer excellent benefits, they do have car parking but when everyone is back in the office this may be limited.


The training will be based in the office and then you will have the opportunity to work from home potentially.


Initially working Monday to Friday but in time the role may turn in to a 6 day week as they are so busy!


Looking for someone that can adapt to a busy and changing environment, in a positive way!


Duties will include;



  • Recording information on spreadsheets/databases & utilising company mainframe

  • Timely completion of Customer checks, in line with set procedures

  • Contacting customers via phone or e-mail

  • Following set process

  • Manage and monitor data and reporting within team

  • Handling any queries professionally, efficiently and within given time frames

  • Consistent and high quality service is provided to ensure all SLA's are met

  • General administration duties
