Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join our client based in Trafford Park. This manufacturing company is a busy fast-paced environment and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is used to a dynamic role with deadlines. Due to the location and training requirements of the role a driver with own transport is required. Experience within manufacturing or a similar industry would be preferred.



Duties will include:




  • Confirming deliveries and ensuring all paperwork is complete

  • Process returns

  • Review reports

  • Manage the meeting room diary

  • Create and send invoices

  • Follow up customer queries/surveys

  • Assisting the stock control team with orders




We are looking for candidates with:




  • A solid work history with longevity at previous employers

  • Excellent administration experience

  • A customer centric attitude

  • Problem solving ability

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Previous experience in a fast paced environment
