We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service professional to join an electrical testing company based locally in Nursling. You will be working as part of a busy business development team to schedule appointments and generate new customer leads.
Start date: Immediate
Working hours: 28 hours per week
Company benefits: Bonus based on performance, company pension, 22 days annual leave + BH, free parking
Salary: £12.50 per hour
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
- Making outbound calls to prospect and existing customers
- Updating and growing the customer database
- Providing outstanding customer service and assisting with enquiries
- Scheduling appointments for the sales team
- Advising customers on products
We'd love to speak to candidates who have/are:
- Previous experience of providing fantastic customer service
- Confident user of Microsoft office suite & CRM systems
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet targets
- Highly proactive and able to use your own initiative
