Salary: £40,000- £45,000 OTE £100k plus a £5k car allowance


Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the manufacturing industry, are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager. This role is a field based role. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector


If you are a highly motivated and driven individual with proven success within business development, then we want to hear from you!


You will be responsible for researching and expanding our client base, driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong business relationships with key stakeholder.


You will be the face of the company, tasked with creating and applying an effective sales strategy to convert prospective customers and grow the business.

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following:



  • Experience in a B2B sales / business development role is essential.

  • Ability to be field based at least 3 out of 5 days a week in the territory.

  • Clear communicator both verbally and written.

  • Self-starter who actively seeks to solve problems.

  • Team player who challenges their environment to improve.

  • Ability to confidently speak with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to build and nurture long term successful business relationships.

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry an advantage, but not essential.
