The Role:

You will be responsible for developing a qualified pipeline of target clients that sit in the medium sized client space.

With the predominant focus on securing business within the temporary staffing market, your role will be to nurture business within local Medium sized businesses that currently utilise recruitment agencies.

You will spend time researching and identifying new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas and trends to generate leads from prospective customers.

You will need to illustrate proven B2B sales experience and ability, coupled with a friendly, consultative approach.

You will enjoy working with confident, approachable recruitment experts who hold a solid understanding of their local markets and will supply you with clients that they truly know would benefit from a relationship with Office Angels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities

  • Create your own sales pipeline

  • Negotiate pricing

  • Carry out forecasts and be able to analyse your business unit

  • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation

  • Generate leads and increase sales

  • Meet with customers/clients face to face, via phone or virtually

  • Understand the needs of your customer

  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop a client base and to identify and share industry insights and trends

  • Work strategically - carry out necessary planning to enhance the profitability of the organisation
