Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy accountancy practice on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre.



The office has free parking and is a 7 minute walk from a tram stop.



Duties will include:




  • Maintaining client information and setting up new clients

  • Requesting missing information

  • Preparation of letters and documents

  • Arranging meetings, booking accommodation and travel

  • Preparing reports

  • Managing post and deliveries





We are looking for candidates with:




  • Strong administrative skills and experience, gained from a professional services environment

  • Good prioritisation skills

  • Excellent communication skills and experience of liaising with senior figures

  • Good telephone manner

  • Excellent written skills

  • Organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks
