Office Angels are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing Jewellery company based in the heart of Birmingham Jewellery Quarter. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the production team by providing administration support. You will become an integral part of the team, supporting with the business growth and day to day running of the office.


Duties of the Administrator:



  • First point of contact for all customers

  • Day to day Administration for stock inventory, manufacturing, and suppliers

  • Manage internal database ensuing all information up to date and accurate

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ensure all stock inventory is up to date

  • Administrative support for website, responding to reviews, uploading stock etc

  • Collecting and delivering key items to supply chain in the Jewellery trade

  • Support management with diary management, HR admin and any additional projects


The successful Administrator will posses the following skills:



  • Hard working and organised

  • Excellent communicator

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent IT Skills
