An exciting opportunity to join the sales department of a successful, rapidly growing company in the telecoms industry has become available. We are looking for a highly organized individual that has the ability to work well under pressure in an ever-changing, fast paced environment, with the ability to communicate with all departments within the organization, on various managerial levels. This person will be supporting the Business Sales department in several tasks and will in some instances be the link between sales and other departments.


JOB TITLE: Business Account Executive


LOCATION: Exeter


SALARY: £25,000 Basic with realistic OTE of £37,000


HOURS: 8.30am-5.30pm (Monday-Friday)

THE ROLE:



  • To assist with sales opportunities, direct or partner, to close and process

  • Manage the experience and first impressions, post-sale, to enable further orders from a partner

  • Manage the experience of a new direct customer to enable them to be referenceable

  • Bring on board new partners/trusted advisors with the initial order and develop relationships for further orders

  • There is a monthly bonus scheme measured on the referenceable customers post installation.

  • Ability to project Co-ordinate the sale of connectivity and their on boarding experience.


Tasks include the following:



  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested

  • Create internal B2B order forms to distribute across the business prior to an installation

  • Interface with construction, network design, operations, and mapping teams to clarify questions about the product or customer quotes

  • Escalate internal discrepancies on the order management systems, follow up for feedback and reports by the relevant sales executive

  • Submit Way-leave request documentation to relevant department and submit complete documentation to sales.


THE PERSON:



  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • GCSE Maths & English passes

  • 2 years' experience in a partner support, technical support or customer support role within a technology-focused company would be advantageous

  • Is detail oriented and analytical

  • Exercises good judgment

  • Is a self-starter, with excellent people skills

  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly

  • Has a general ability to use learn and use a variety of software/apps/digital media.
