Job Title: Broker Administration Assistant


Location: Watford


Contract Details: Permanent, Full time Monday to Friday


Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per year

Responsibilities: 📋🔍



  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our clients broker portal and in house system to resolve queries.

  • Manage incoming queries generated via their website from mortgage brokers.

  • Develop an excellent working relationship with their broker partners and internal teams, including broker support, underwriting, and sales.

  • Updating and inputting data on spreadsheets and produce reports.

  • Provide assistance to brokers to maximise new business opportunities across the residential mortgage market.


Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): 💼🎓🌟



  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise.

  • Proficiency in using technology and software systems.

  • Previous experience in the finance industry.


Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): 🌟📚



  • Knowledge of specialist lending products.

  • Experience with mortgage broker support.

  • Understanding of residential and second charge mortgage markets.


Technologies: 💻🌐



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
