JOB TITLE: Brand Communications Manager


COMPANY: Tourism & Leisure


HOURS: 09.00am-17.00pm


START: ASAP - Willing to wait notice period


SALARY: £39,000-£42,000* Depending on experience


LOCATION: Walking distance from Monument station. (Hybrid working)

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns, creating awareness of the brand

  • Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define the appropriate audience

  • Communicate with target audiences and build and develop relationships with customers

  • Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn) and managing campaigns on these platforms, to enhance audience engagement

  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies

  • Assessing and proofreading social media material before it is posted

  • Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Marketing experience is essential, a strong understanding of the full marketing cycle

  • Experience within the tourism or retail industry would be beneficial

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience or more

  • Marketing project management/account management or media planning experience is beneficial

  • An organised, driven, outgoing, and proactive individual

  • Someone who can hold their own and stand up for themselves, with good listening skills

  • Someone who is media savvy, up to date with and knowledgeable of current social media trends

  • Ability to understand what will attract the audience they are trying to reach

  • A people person with good communication skills, who can bring their ideas to the table and collaborate effectively
