Salary: £30,000 to £40,000

Location: Battersea

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30

  • Have you got experience in bookkeeping?

  • Do you have a strong knowledge of Sage50 and Excel

Our very established and reputable client is seeking a bookkeeper to work within there offices in Battersea.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Responsibility for the management and efficient operation of the Company`s accounting functions

  • Monthly management accounts

  • Issuing Sales Invoices

  • Inputting Invoices and paying Suppliers

  • Bank Reconciliations

  • VAT Reporting

  • Preparing all information for our external accountants for our annual accounts

  • Property portfolio accounts - Excel

  • Reconcile bank statement

  • Ensure HMR&C personal tax payments are payments are made

  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines

  • Company Payroll

  • Workplace pension compliance

  • Ensuring all employee records are maintained in a legally required manner

  • Methodical with a good attention to detail

You will have:

  • Strong knowledge of Sage50 and Excel

  • Iris Business payroll

  • Ability to prioritise effectively
