Office Angels are proud to be partnering with a leading Accountancy firm in Southampton, in their search for a temporary Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant to start ASAP in a long term temporary contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is a quick learner, has an excellent attention to detail and is highly organised.

Key duties will include processing a high volume of invoices and VAT returns, inputting data into Excel spreadsheets, processing timesheets and assisting with general enquiries.

We are seeking someone who has previous experience working as an Accounts Assistant, is an advanced user of Microsoft office and a confident user of Sage or Xero. Working hours are 9am - 5pm, 3 days a week.
