Bookings Co-ordinator / Customer Service Executive


£26,000 per annum basic + Monthly team bonus (average £500-600 per month) = circa £32,600 annual earnings!

Our busy, niche client based in central Tunbridge Wells are looking for an additional motivated team player to join their team of 6 to work on inbound calls from companies and the general public and book products online and to accurately send out relevant information to them in a timely manner.


This is a busy, fast paced office environment managing a high volume of inbound calls and taking relevant information from customers, whilst providing excellent customer service. The team are fun, upbeat and no two days will be the same!


Daily tasks:



  • Speaking with new and existing customers. (Inbound calls only), who are calling in to book services

  • Handling customer service enquiries via telephone & email

  • Taking card payments over the phone

  • Handling customer cancellations and transfers

  • Contacting customers to change bookings and advise on alternatives available and updating name, addresses and location details onto the CRM

  • General administration / Updating inhouse database and general information.


Full training will be provided on the role and CRM system.


You will need to have excellent communication skills and proven customer service skills, be able to build relationships over the phone with customers, be proactive and motivated by working within a professional team. Basic experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
