Our client is seeking an experienced Administration & Billing Assistant to join their vibrant, hardworking team remotely initially until returning to the office. £23,000 - £26,000k *Depending on experience

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:




  • Main responsibility to ensure that customers are billed in a timely and accurate fashion

  • Invoicing and chasing payments

  • Dealing with queries and problem solving

  • Gathering, calculating on documenting numerical data for invoicing

  • Dealing and communicating with customers over the telephone and via email

  • Working amongst a team within a friendly office and communicating effectively when remotely

  • Updating records and keeping track of payments

  • Administration duties to support the office and team

  • Ad hoc duties as requested




SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:




  • Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role (invoicing, billing and administration)

  • Experience in an office administration role is necessary

  • Strong IT, MS Office and particularly Excel knowledge

  • You must have experience in billing, invoicing, chasing payments

  • Hard working, outgoing, personable attitude

  • Excellent written and communication skills to liaise with colleague remotely

  • Able to engage and build strong relationships with the team member and other internal departments

  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment

  • Keen to learn new technologies and techniques

  • Analytical thinking

  • Well-presented and well mannered

  • Previous employment within the industry would be an advantage
