I am working with a leading global organisation who are a dedicated manufacturer within the Medical and Pharmaceutical industry. You will be customer focussed with excellent communication skills to be suitable for the role.

We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated and efficient Bilingual Customer Service Representative who has ideally experience within a fast paced office environment.

You will be required to liaise with the companies customers in Spain therefore will need to be Native/Fluent Spanish (written & verbal)

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the liaison between customer and the organisation

  • Provide superior support and service to external and internal customers

  • Accurate processing of sales orders including preparing international export documentation

  • Respond to product and service enquiries

  • Complete and gather information as required from customers

  • Resolving issues by following company procedures

  • Work with other departments such as sales, marketing and shipping

Candidate Requirements

  • Native/Fluent Spanish & English (written and verbal)

  • Experience within a similar role

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills - Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Experience using Oder Processing Software (desirable)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Articulate telephone manner

  • Detail orientated

  • Ability to manage problems and complaints in a professional manner
