Hours: 08:30-17:00 - Monday - Friday

Office Angels are excited to be working with an established engineering business based in Birmingham City Centre. They are seeking a hard-working Bid Manager join the team and on a permanent basis. Working as part of the Bid Team you will be responsible for managing tight deadlines to ensure all bids for business are completed in time. Working in modern offices, the role will require some travel to London.

Duties will include:

  • Plan, Bid and proposal production

  • Coordination of internal meetings

  • Preparing bids and tenders within strict timelines

  • Work closely with Project Managers to compile all information requires

  • Create and manage templates for future projects

  • Design layouts for bid documentation

  • Manage multiple bids and tenders at any given point

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Be able to prioritise and organise your own workload

  • Professional telephone manner

  • Experience Microsoft Excel, InDesign, Illustrator, Outlook and PowerPoint
