Role: Beauty Consultant- Part Time


Location: Cribbs Causeway Bristol - Own transport is required for the role


Hours: 22.5 hours a week - 3 days a week, Monday-Sunday


Salary: £11.50 p/h


Start Date: ASAP

Our client is looking for a dedicated and self-motivated individual to join their beauty counter in Bristol. Renowned for their luxury beauty products you will be an ambassador to the brand. Offering your knowledge and expertise to their clients, in return driving sales for the business.


In this role you will be approachable, professional and have the ability to work individually and as part of a team to grow our client's brand identity.


As the location is based in Cribbs Causeway Bristol, your own transport will be required.


Duties:



  • Provide a luxury customer service experience

  • To be aware of and exceed KPIs and sales targets

  • Advise clients on the best products for their needs

  • Demonstrate products on clients through makeup overs, skincare consultations and hair demos

  • Develop relationships with your clients in turn gaining their loyalty for the brand

  • Recruit new customers to the brand through traffic stopping

  • Monitor stock levels

  • To carry out any additional duties instructed by management



To be successful in the role you will bring:



  • Team player

  • Strong and professional customer service skills

  • Driven and results- oriented

  • Background in customer service or retail experience

  • Makeup experience preferred but not essential

  • Well presented

  • Flexible and reliable - willing to go the extra mile

  • Flexibility during retail hours, this may include evening, weekend and bank holidays
