£24,000 - £27,000 per annum

Monday - Friday 9-5pm - Office with flexibility on home working following initial training.

Do you have experience within Banking? Can you demonstrate knowledge of banking regulations? Have you worked within Financial Services and managed accounts?

Using your experience within financial or banking services you will be completing a variety of tasks within your role to include:

  • Delivering outstanding service to the Bank's savers

  • Daily processing; payments, deposits, customer details, withdrawals

  • Handling customer enquiries

  • Opening bank accounts

  • Processing postal and online applications

  • Completing due diligence checks

  • Processing account maturities

  • Entering banking deposit data into in-house system

  • Conducting account reconciliations and investigating any unusual items

  • Generating accurate reports from the system and bespoke databases

  • Liaising with internal and external contacts

  • Applying an organised and methodical approach along with your excellent numerical ability

The location of the office is ideally situated close to the town centre with access to supermarkets, shops and cafes as well as beautiful walks along the river.

The role will be office based to start with however once you have completed your initial training they offer an agile working policy: the option to work from home and the office and flexibility on the days in doing so.
