B2B Sales Consultant - Luxury product!

JOB ROLE: B2B Sales Consultant


JOB TYPE: Permanent


COMPANY: Luxury furniture manufacturer


HOURS: 9.00am - 17.30pm *4.30pm finishes on Friday!


SALARY: £28,000 - £35,000 DOE + bonus structure!


LOCATION: You will be mainly out meeting your clients who are based in London, with the ability to work from the glorious showroom and home (when not meeting clients!)


BENEFITS: 1.25% uncapped commission, pension, company mobile, laptop, oyster/travel card. 22 days holiday + birthday given as additional holiday day. 5 holiday day buy back scheme for those with 1 year + employment.

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, as part of the sales team you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining relationships with key specifiers and buyers in the industry, working in London and occasionally the Home Counties

  • As a specification Sales Consultant, you will have to control, understand and influence clients and key stakeholders whilst working on multiple projects.

  • Building relationships with key clients and dealers in the corporate sector

  • Specification sales - working with key specifiers and buyers to provide appropriate furniture solutions.

  • Working within an established framework of pre-defined sales activities to achieve specific objectives, such as maintaining monthly account plans and quarterly activity plans to ensure all accounts are supported effectively

  • Relationship management - ensuring all existing customers are visited on a cyclical basis

  • Maintaining an up-to-date CRM system

  • Reporting activity based results on a weekly and monthly basis

  • Utilising the Showroom for Sales & Marketing opportunities


Requirements:



  • Degree education or good academics

  • An ambitious and well presented individual with good attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

  • Confident people skills, able to build a rapport with new clients, whilst being attentive to longer term relationships

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a sales role

  • Proven ability to plan, manage and execute multiple tasks and projects

  • Proven track record of account management, relationship building, converting leads to sales and overcoming obstacles in order to secure sales.
