A property technology group of companies are doing a high level of business and need an Assistant Sales Progressor to join their Sales Progression team to take ownership and help drive a high volume of sales through to completion. Sociable, hard working and successful team based in the City of London.

Job Details:



  • Assistant Sales Progressor (Property)

  • £20,000 - £22,000 (OTE £26k)

  • Amazing company benefits and

  • Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm



Job Spec:



  • Supporting the Senior Sales Progression team with sales processes

  • Help drive a high volume of sales through to completion

  • Assisting team on a daily basis as tasks as of when requested

  • Issuing memorandum of sales

  • Chasing vendors and buyers during the conveyancing process

  • Ensuring mortgage applications are submitted and following up on surveys

  • Getting vendors legally ready

  • Supporting with the admin side of business when required

  • Acting as a strong team member.



Requirements:



  • Ideally Property/Estate Agency experience

  • Ideally 6 months - 1 year experience in an assistant sales progressor role

  • Background in conveyancing/Facilities industry

  • Excellent administrative skills and precise attention to detail

  • Be accurate, numerate and with good knowledge of CRM systems.

  • Possess great communication skills both written and verbal and an interest in the conveyancing progress

  • Display exceptional customer service skills and the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards providing an outstanding service

  • Have an excellent command of English language both written and verbal

  • Personable, team player, friendly and outgoing personality
