Assistant Operations /Office Manager

This role is working for a well established boutique business centre based in SW London. the role working alongside the Head of Operations is a pivotal role for the centre and would suit an organised facilities , office manager or a strong administrator. You must have the ability to take accountability and undertake a varied role.

In addition the role requires you to be a self motivated, organised, and articulate individual. You will have good personal and processional presentation and have exceptionally high standards of work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Showing potential clients around the business centre & arranging viewings
Monitoring & updating of office space
Development and decision making on marketing materials, including company website and social media
Planning & organising events for the centre
Programming & implementing all telephone/internet systems
Maintaining & updating software and necessary computer systems
Filing & updating all storage & filing systems
Stock check & ordering for all necessary equipment
General maintenance for the building
Ensuring that all security is maintained for the building
