JOB ROLE: Assistant Contract Manager

£28,000-£33,000

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Supporting with the management contracts

  • Ensuring budgets are on track and authorised

  • Supporting the contract manager in scheduling and taking minutes of regular client meetings at an agreed frequency, to discuss contract performance/development and KPI's, ongoing improvements and future requirements

  • Completion of quality audits across sites

  • To ensure wage budgets are followed and any discrepancies are authorised

  • HSQE Management - monitor site stock levels, reporting any incidents, produce task cards, ensure store orders are allocated to the correct site

  • Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of new colleagues, ensuring right to work checks, site inductions and training are carried out


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Display an attitude that is key to success in a customer facing role

  • Account management and relationship building skills

  • Shows self-motivation behaviours

  • Strong sense of customer service

  • Organised, methodical and proactive

  • A high standard of verbal and written English (at least ESOL Level 2 or GCSE A-C)

  • Basic knowledge of HR procedures and H&S guidelines
