This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a strong administrator/coordinator with exceptional organisational and communication skills to work as an Asset Care Coordinator. This is a permanent role to work for one of the best employers and luxury brands in Scotland! Salary up to £27,000 plus an excellent benefits package (depending on experience), Monday to Friday with flexible working hours available (38.5 hrs per week).



The role reporting into the Production Engineering Manager. This is a small but friendly team is a small team made up of four project engineers and technicians. This role plays an integral part of the team, and you will be a naturally strong coordinator, very organised, confident communicator with the ability to grasp / learn the technical operation of assets.


Ideally someone who has an engineering/manufacturing background - however a strong candidate with a good attitude and willingness to learn would also be considered. Ideally you will be available for an immediate start or have short notice to allow a generous handover.


Duties include




  • Play an integral part of the engineering team, drive innovation and positively impact the company's engineering/maintenance plans

  • Create KPI's for each site and ensure accountability with team and stakeholders

  • Administer the Asset Care Maintenance System and change part system to ensure production requirements are met

  • Provide full coordination and administrative support to the Production and Engineering teams

  • Maintain and develop existing planned maintenance system

  • Daily SAP management based on departmental awareness of open actions

  • Weekly meeting management with stakeholders

  • Reporting of open and closed works

  • Working with finance on insurance reports, process and inputting on SAP

  • Manging plant and instrument drawings (P&IDs)

  • Asset registration management and adding new equipment in SAP to create a maintenance plan

  • Ensure assets are tagged, renewed and all information is aligned in SAP

  • Create and ensure paperless ways of working




Skills and Desirable Experience required




  • Working knowledge of SAP essential and excellent PC literacy

  • Proactive and results focused

  • Ability to use own initiative and can work unsupervised as well as in a team

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Good team work ethic and first-class team building skills
