ASAP start Office Manager - Fun Startup

Our client is looking for a proactive and reliable office manager to assist with their impending office move.

As an organisation, our client works like an extended family. They offer a friendly working environment in the heart of London, a supportive team, and a very varied job with opportunities for learning new skills. They are a new start-up company who have more than doubled in the last year.

Pay: £15-19 per hour depending on experience

Schedule: Hours/Days: Mon-Fri 9-5:30 in office

Start Date: ASAP W/C 18th October 2021

Location: Farringdon - you must be happy to work in the office

Duties (include but are not limited to):

  • Take point on office move

  • Working closely with the finance department

  • Setting up IT for

  • Organising office refurbishment

  • Use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office

  • Ensure adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload, often by using temping agencies

  • Review and update health and safety policies and ensure they're observed

  • Check that data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data, and review and update policies
