Our client is looking for a friendly, proactive and enthusiastic office coordinator. The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and willing to support all aspects of day-to-day office management. The ability to think on your feet is vital for what will be a diverse role with plenty of scope to make it your own.

Duties (include but are not limited to):


  • Being the 'go to' person in the office for queries

  • Management of office and related facilities, stakeholder relationships with building landlord, reception, security teams and cleaning contractors

  • Welcoming guests, organising food and drinks delivery, managing stationary, admin, responsible for all facilities related services, overseeing cleanliness and tidiness in the office (i.e. making sure the team do this), ensuring the smooth running of the office environment

  • Managing the travel account

  • Supporting the organisation of socials and events

  • Finance admin support

  • Arranging team off site meetings to include arrangement of venue, meeting rooms, catering etc

  • IT operations through our outsourced IT company which includes ordering IT supplies, ensuring that any faulty IT equipment is replaced and be responsible for the asset register

  • You'll help to facilitate our learning and development projects and any workshops that take place.

  • General administrative responsibilities such as shared drive admin, expenses.

Leadership Support

  • Meeting preparation; agenda, presentation documents

  • Booking travel arrangements for the leadership team - including flights, accommodation, car bookings, itineraries etc

  • Ad hoc diary management for leadership team

HR Support

  • Offboarding of team members

  • Benefits onboarding

Talent Support

  • Reference checks

  • Issue standard employment contracts

  • New starter onboarding
