Arabic speaking- Reception and Admin Exciting Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable and motivated customer service professional to join this dynamic organisation as it goes through a period of dramatic growth and transformation. The journey will be exciting and demanding and we expect the successful candidate to make a real difference to our business.

  • To be the first responder to all incoming switchboard calls.

  • To follow the patient pathway in handling incoming telephone calls with attention to:

  • Enhancing the brand of the clinic

  • Triaging the calls to ensure the caller is directly to the most appropriate expert of staff member

  • Identifying the caller accurately.

  • Manage enquiries quickly and effectively, aiming to minimise the time spent with the caller while remaining polite, efficient and mindful of their possible distress.

  • Identifying sales opportunities and raising awareness of clinic services to the caller

  • Make appointments for all consultants in line with the agreed clinic protocols.

  • To arrange any medical tests in house or externally that has been requested by a

  • To template or organise clinicians' correspondence as soon as possible and to dispatch letters, reports and summaries relating to patients.

  • Organise routine work relating to patients so that it is conducted in a timely and chronological order, bringing to the attention of the Consultants and concierge any significant issues that may mean a failure to provide a service to the customer.

  • To receive reports following diagnostic tests on patients and to ensure that all such reports are passed to the Consultant, and subsequently to scan the reports into the patient's file.

  • Respond to incoming emails in line with the agreed clinic timescales.

  • Handling incoming calls to the pharmacy and urgently communicate orders and queries to the pharmacy team and ensure agreed response times are met.

  • Management appointment reminder process, via text messages and letters.
