JOB TYPE: Analyst Assistant


COMPANY: Security Consultancy


HOURS: 9.00am - 17.00pm, Monday - Friday


SALARY: £20,000 - £22,000 pa.


LOCATION: Barbican station + remote home working hybrid

The primary role of the Analyst Assistant is to support with data analysis and research under the direction and operational control of the Investigations Team; the Senior Research Analyst and the Managing Director.


When necessary, there will be additional duties to assist the Investigations Team and Managing Director with investigative support, so this client is really looking for a team player!



DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



� Brand protection services - including company software subscriptions


� Day to day running of accounts


� Client liaison on company service and product


� Online removals using bespoke company software


� Running reports using the bespoke company software


� Test purchase programmes, covert and pretext capabilities


� Brand and Market surveys


� Pre-employment screening investigations


� Education and employment verification checks


� Company screening checks


� In-use trademark investigations



OPERATIONAL:


� Running of employee screening related operations


� Supporting with investigative support in other fraud and brand protection related tasks, operations and research


� Complete all administrative duties in accordance with prescribed procedures in a timely manner and with a high standard of expertise



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:


� Confident, yet professional


� Good sense of humour


� Excellent team player


� Willingness to learn/develop


� Analytic skills; keen eye for detail


� Extremely strong computer skills! Confident user of various applications including Microsoft suite
