We have a lovely temp role working for a Farnborough based client, but offering hybrid work working in a brand new office
You will assist the Commercial department with all types of general administrative duties from preparing documents, filing scanning and all organisational needs.
We need an efficient administrator with excellent communication skills
Previous administration experience would be really helpful ideally within a commercial function or within construction
The ability to work on your own initiative effectively managing your time is key
You will be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with excellent record-keeping skills and attention to detail also you will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and support your wider team
Proficiency with a variety of IT software, including Microsoft Office and Excel is required
