JOB TITLE: Aftersales Administrator


LOCATION: Crediton


HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday


SALARY: Up to £22,000 DOE plus competitive benefits package including onsite parking & generous annual leave!


THE COMPANY AND ROLE: This bespoke manufacturing company have been around for over 35 years! They have built a fantastic reputation for their quality products and services and are looking for someone to join their After Sales Team. This is a varied admin role in which you will liaise regularly with the team of installers as well as customers.



YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:



  • Meeting and greeting clients in the showroom and providing an excellent level of customer care

  • Providing advice and help to customers regarding the product range

  • Answering phone calls, dealing with customer enquiries and redirecting calls where appropriate

  • Responding to email enquiries

  • Coordinating the team of tradespeople and allocating jobs

  • Putting together rotas and work schedules for the installation team and allocating to jobs

  • Acting as a point of contact for the installation team to provide information on jobs throughout the day

  • General office admin duties such as ordering of stationery and kitchen supplies, photocopying, scanning


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:



  • Previous admin experience

  • Experience in a role working with contractors or similar is particularly desirable

  • Someone who can work independently and think on their feet

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Polite and professional telephone manner

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • The ability to multitask and prioritise

  • Strong computer skills
