JOB TITLE: After Sales Customer Care Adviser

LOCATION: Brighton

SALARY: £32,000 - £40,000 OTE

TERM: Permanent

HOURS: Monday to Friday - Occasional Saturday every month

They are looking for someone to join their Aftersales Customer Care team to support inbound calls and to maintain a high standard of customer service This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to start their professional career in Customer Services, working in modern offices. The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Being the first point of contact for any inbound calls received from Customers

  • Creating customer bookings on a bespoke system

  • Delivering a high standard of customer care

  • Supporting with any customer queries

  • Upselling ad-on packages/ deals

We'd love to speak to candidates who:

  • Have previous experience in Retail or Sales

  • Have good IT skills and can learn new systems

  • Want to learn and establish a career

  • Are available immediately and are committed to starting a new role
