SALARY: £32,000 - £40,000 dependant on candidate experience


HOURS: 9.00am - 17.30pm (hybrid working available)


START: ASAP


LOCATION: Fulham, London

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Management of the team to deliver an effective, timely and proactive service throughout the admissions/student life cycle.

  • Review and monitor progress of applications/offers against agreed enrolment targets taking appropriate action by making data-led decisions.

  • Develop and nurture excellent working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to work collaboratively and ensure agreed service standards are met.

  • Contribute to the review and development of the admissions policies, processes and systems, and ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulations and deadlines

  • Lead on training and performance management of team, set clear objectives for the team.

  • Deliver a responsive and high-quality service in a customer-facing environment with the ability to deal with challenges that may arise, including investigating and resolving appeals and complaints. 

  • Keep up to date and oversee all regulatory and academic compliance requirements and check submissions to ensure all obligations are met in full and on time

  • Ensure regular enhanced compliance with 'Right to Study' checks, including monitoring increased numbers of sponsored students, monitoring EU settlement schemes and support record keeping in line with UKVI regulations


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Ability to lead and inspire team members, with experience of effective performance/people management and development in a similar environment

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to create a rapport with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to plan workload effectively and plan for busy periods.

  • Expert delegation and prioritisation skills.

  • Good presentation skills.

  • Superb administration skills, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Experience in reviewing and developing processes and systems.

  • Familiar with the relevant regulatory framework & requirements.

  • Attention to detail and able to work and manage team in a pressured environment.

  • Can do attitude and prepared to roll up sleeves and get hands dirty
