My client is a renowned international business school responsible for enrolling a large number of international students. They are currently looking for an experienced Admissions Executive. The Admissions executive will be responsible for spearheading the admissions and enrolment processes. The role's primary responsibilities include serving as a front-line representative for the School and programme, assisting prospective students with their admissions journey. The Admissions Executive requires a high-level understanding of business and management as well as possess an excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills, and an understanding of international admissions procedures.



Main Duties and Responsibilities



  • Collect data related to admissions using the appropriate software and relevant sources.

  • Engage with applicants through various communication methods about application process including incomplete documents, status, addressing inquiries, scheduling interviews, or enrolment.

  • Liaise with candidates, faculty, and administrative peers to arrange interviews and campus visits.

  • Assist the Marketing and Recruitment departments as needed, participating occasionally in external events (academic fairs, visiting high schools) around the UK or overseas.

  • Maintain weekly statistics and regularly report to senior admissions members on admissions-related matters, provide recommendations, and support them improving the admissions process.



Skills and Experience



  • Proficiency in admissions processes, including screening and corresponding with applications.

  • Professional experience and knowledge in the higher education sector, especially in the UK and US markets.

  • Experience in student visa procedures, specifically for the UK

  • Knowledge and experience in marketing and recruitment events.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain consistent communication with staff at various levels.

  • Strong project management, organizational, collaborative, and communication skills.

  • Excellent IT skills (Google Workspace: Sheets, Word, Slides, AdobePro)

  • Ability to use platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Google Hangouts

  • Willingness to travel frequently (within the UK and abroad)

  • Experience working as part of an international team is a plus. Benefits
