We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Administrator/Receptionist to join our client's team based in Didsbury. If you are organised, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this role is perfect for you!


Key Duties and Responsibilities:


Administration:



  • Support the Facilities Manager with various administrative projects

  • Assist in ordering office catering and consumables

  • Keep track of all orders for invoicing

  • Provide general office support, including filing, photocopying, and archiving.

  • Maintain the group mobile phone register

  • Event management when required

  • Coordinate and hire contractors for any maintenance


Reception:



  • Answering calls, screening, and forwarding messages.

  • Greet visitors and maintain the tidiness of reception and meeting room areas.

  • Manage meeting room bookings and equipment.

  • Record incoming post and deliveries and book couriers


Minimum Requirements:



  • Previous office administration and reception experience.

  • Excellent telephone manner and organisational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products

  • Ability to multitask and work flexibly.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.

  • Team player with a positive and friendly attitude.

  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.


Working Hours:


This is a permanent, full-time position


Working hours from 09:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday
