Are you looking for a new and challenging role within a prestigious finance company within the heart of the City? If so, We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and 'go getting' candidate to help support the busy finance team as an Administrator/Receptionist. You must be able to excel within a fast-paced varied environment, be a calm and methodical thinker and have strong attention to detail. It is essential you have strong Administration experience and can be flexible within your role enabling you to support the finance team with all administration tasks and cover a buzzy reception desk as no two days will be the same!

  • Proficient with all MS Systems, including Excel, Outlook and Word

  • Must have Administration experience and be available immediately

  • Ability to multitask within a fast-paced growing company

  • Must have a can-do enthusiastic work ethic, be forward thinking and switched on

  • Strong organisational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines and excel under pressure
