JOB TITLE: Administrator
(You may have worked as a Sales Administrator, Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Project Support, Sales Coordinator, Customer Service Advisor / Administrator or any other role that has required accurate administration skills alongside excellent coordination and communication abilities).
LOCATION: Yeovil, Somerset
SALARY: Up to £25,000 PA DOE
HOURS: Full time, permanent 8.30am - 5pm

THE ROLE: You will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Project Manager to deliver highly profitable projects with the highest quality expertise, compliance and customer satisfaction.
KEY DUTIES:
- Attending meetings and creating meeting minutes and actions.
- Managing the team calendar with bookings, movements and the scheduling of meetings.
- Planning, administrating, and organising all current and upcoming works on the system.
- Producing draft certificates to be authorised by the Project Manager.
- Ordering materials within budget.
- Preparing payment applications.
- People management for trades and sub-contractors.
- Scheduling labour on the system.
- Being the first point of contact for the client and managing general day-to-day communications with the site team.
- Communicating updates on trackers to Project Manager and the wider team.
- Raising internal updates that will affect forecast of the team.
- Preparing H&S paperwork to client requirements.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will be an experienced Administrator skilled in coordinating works with excellent problem solving abilities. You will be an excellent communicator who is good at developing working relationships with external customers. You will have a proactive and tenacious working manner, able to skilfully push projects further and provide an excellent service to clients.
