Administrator - Working from Home

Position: Administrator
Hours: 9am- 5pm

Days: 5 days a week, to include 2 weekend days
Location: Working from home (must have own computer/ laptop)

Term: 6 month temporary contract

Salary: £9.30 an hour

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced administrator to work on a full time, temporary basis for 6 months working from home. Becoming part of a national health organisation, you will be an important member of the team helping with administration duties. You will need a DBS - we can apply for one for you.

The role involves a variety of administration duties, including but not limited to:

  • Audio typing

  • Minute taking

  • Organising diaries and meetings

  • Setting up and managing filing systems

  • Answering calls and emails

  • Booking appointments

  • Organise and book travel and accommodation

  • Working across financial, HR and IT departments

The ideal candidate will need to;

  • Have a DBS or be able to apply for one (we will apply for you)

  • Be able to manage own workload

  • Have own computer or laptop to work from

  • Be available ASAP

  • Be able to work weekends as well as weekdays

  • Have previous experience of working with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Have good communication levels and be able to write to a good standard
