Office Angels are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our client based in Hurst, near Reading.



Role: Administrator



Location: Hurst



Salary: up to £28,000 per annum




The Role:




  • Handling incoming phone calls and direct accordingly

  • Maintaining the company attendance rota

  • Assisting with client requests

  • Maintaining the web portals

  • Data entry and keeping spreadsheets up to date

  • Printing sampling labels and information sheets

  • Liaising with engineers regarding queries

  • Assisting with reporting results

  • Production, checking and distributing results certificates

  • Producing contract renewal lists and liaising with contract managers

  • Raising, sending and chasing renewals quotes

  • Assisting with the production of logbooks and risk assessments



The ideal candidate:




  • Previous administration experience is desirable

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Team player

  • Self-motivated
