Administrator with SAGE 50 Experience

Office Angels have a fantastic opportunity available for an Administrator with SAGE 50 experience to join our client based in Burnopfield on a Permanent basis to start as soon as possible!


The successful candidate MUST have experience with SAGE 50 Accounts.


Duties:



  • To deal with daily driver round administration, where required

  • To contact customers for ordering purposes

  • To assist in preparing cash collections on site

  • To assist in the set-up and daily reporting of new driver handheld round procedures

  • To Input Purchase Ledger invoices & Credits

  • To Reconcile Purchase ledger Accounts

  • To prepare Supplier Payments

  • To administrate Sales Ledger invoices & Credits

  • Debt Chasing

  • To open new Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger accounts

  • Preparing weekly Cash Reports

  • To Reconcile All Bank Accounts

  • To assist with the overall Management accounts


Skills required:



  • Sage 50 Accounts

  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Packages

  • IT Knowledge

  • Able to prioritise workload

  • Strong communication skills

  • Salary: £22,000 - £24,000

  • Hours of work: Monday - Thursday - 8.00am - 5.00pm Friday 8am-4pm
