Role: Administrator with Reception Duties


Duration: Temporary - Permanent


Location: LS15


Hours: 8am - 5pm


Salary: £18-19K


Office Angels are proud to be working with a nationally renowned company to find a great all round administrator/ receptionist on a temporary - permanent basis, who also enjoys meeting and greeting clients. You will have a high attention to detail, fantastic administration experience and be able to manage your own workload efficiently.


Responsibilities



  • Updating company expenses spread sheet as required

  • Processing timesheets and checking against what's expected

  • Ensuring company policies and processes are adhered to

  • Creating appointment schedules for members of staff

  • Meeting and greeting clients

  • General Administration as necessary

  • General reception duties



To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:



  • High level of attention to detail

  • Thorough and efficient working processes

  • Previous, recent administration experience

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
