We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to work in Wigston Monday - Friday 37.5 hours with an early finish on a Friday to be part of a small established team with great opportunities

As the Administrator you will be part of an existing team with training from your Line Manager

As the Administrator your duties will include the following;

  • Inputting sales orders onto the system

  • Liaising with suppliers

  • Processing of purchase orders

  • Answering the phone

  • Matching of invoices including consistent follow up and escalation where necessary

  • Following through with customer enquiries from inception to completion

  • Order processing

To be successful as an Administrator you will require the following:

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Have the ability to multitask

  • Be a team player

  • Be computer literate
